Ontario Cat Rescue & Sanctuary Helping FeLV, FIV, Senior & Special Needs Cats

We rescue and care for cats that are often overlooked, including FeLV, FIV, senior, disabled, and cats with behavioral challenges.

Intake Currently Closed

Important Notice!

My sanctuary is currently at capacity and, due to a lack of donations and support, I am unable to accept new intakes at this time. My priority is maintaining the high standard of care required for my current high-needs and senior residents. I look forward to reopening my intake once I have the financial support necessary to provide for more feline friends.

Thank you for your understanding.

Save The Colony Cats

Cornwall, Ontario

Cornwall, Ontario has a problem with cat colonies. I work with cat colony caregivers, and we are working hard to reduce our colony numbers by moving cats into rescues, foster care, and specialized barn programs. Our mission is to give every socializable cat the chance to find a loving “forever” home.

I am now seeking help for the colony cats through:

  • rescue placement,
  • experienced socializers
  • barn or working cat programs,
  • experienced caregivers,
  • or non profit/charitable organizations.

Some cats are social and may do well in indoor homes. Others are semi-feral or feral and will require experienced placement and continued understanding. Some are old, others are special needs cats and will require someone who understands how to deal with these special needs.

My greatest hope is simply that these cats continue to receive the care, safety, and compassion they deserve.

If you are involved in rescue work, sanctuary care, or barn cat placement, and may be able to help, please contact me.

I am proud to specialize in cat colony care — ensuring these often-overlooked cats get the protection, guidance, and kindness they deserve.

Saving Cats Is Not Enough

Teaching Prevention Is Key.

All educational resources are offered freely, because knowledge should be accessible. If you like what I do, consider donating as this helps support both lifelong care for the sanctuary cats and the education that helps prevent future abandonment.

I also offer services to non profits in fundraising, AI support, social media marketing, and graphic design.

To me, donations are not about asking for help without offering something in return.

I work with a rescue group, and Mimi has been an incredible support to our team. She’s provided valuable training for our fosters and volunteers, especially when it comes to caring for FIV and FeLV positive cats. Mimi’s deep knowledge has been a game-changer. With her background in biochemistry and lab work focused on FeLV treatments, she helped us develop easy-to-follow protocols that have made a big difference in how we care for these cats. Thank you Mimi!
